Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies ggentertainment.co.uk uses, why, and how you can control them.

Applies to: Visitors to ggentertainment.co.uk and customers who use online ordering and My Vault.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your phone, tablet or computer. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. They help a website work, remember your choices and, if you agree, understand how it is used.

This policy is written under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and the UK GDPR. It should be read with our Privacy Notice (POL-15).

2. Our approach

We use as few cookies as we can. We set strictly necessary cookies without asking, because the site cannot work without them. We ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie. Nothing is switched on by default, and refusing never stops you browsing or buying.

3. Cookies we use

Our payment provider and hosting providers may also set strictly necessary cookies to take payments safely and protect the site from attacks.

4. How to manage cookies

  • Use the cookie settings on our website to accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can change your mind at any time.
  • Set your browser to block or delete cookies. Instructions are in your browser's help pages. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site such as the basket and My Vault will not work.
  • Clear cookies on a shared or family device after use, especially if a child has used it.

Your cookie choice is remembered for up to 12 months and then we ask again.

5. Children

We do not use cookies to profile or target children. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before you accept any cookies.

6. Questions and complaints

If you have a question about cookies, ask in the shop or use the contact details on ggentertainment.co.uk. You can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if we add or remove cookies, for example when online sales start. The current version is always on ggentertainment.co.uk.
