What you get
Four things,
all year
No tiers, no points to decode. One annual membership, one price, and the same deal for everyone who holds it.
Table time
Upstairs card and tabletop tables whenever there is space.
Free PC time
A weekly allowance on the upstairs gaming PCs. Use it that week or lose it.
Member drops
Limited allocations of hard-to-get boxes at RRP. First come or by draw, and we say which beforehand.
Member offers
Prices and extras for members, posted in store and in My Vault.
£24 a year works out at £2 a month. Table time, PC time, drops and offers, for the price of one decent single.
Table and PC time are subject to space, and some tables or PCs may be reserved for booked events, tournaments and release nights. We give notice where we can.

Member drops
The boxes that
sell out, at RRP
When a release is going to vanish, members get a limited allocation at the recommended retail price. We say up front how it works: first come, or a random draw when demand is silly.
- One per member per drop, unless we say otherwise
- Collect within the window, normally 7 days, with photo ID
- No reselling for profit within 90 days
- Staff get no priority and no early look

Young members
welcome
You need to be 18 to hold a membership in your own name. For younger players, a parent or guardian takes it out and agrees to the terms, and our age rules for the upstairs room apply.
Questions
The small print,
briefly
Is table time really included?
Yes. Members use the upstairs card and tabletop tables without paying for the time, whenever there is space. Booked events and tournaments can take some tables, and we flag those in store.
How much free PC time do I get?
A set allowance each week. Ask in store for the current amount. It is for that week only and does not roll over, so use it.
Can I share my membership?
No. It is personal to you and cannot be lent, transferred or shared. We may ask for photo ID if we cannot match you to your account.
Can I cancel?
An annual membership is not refunded part way through the year, except where the law requires. If you join in store and change your mind within 14 days without using it, ask us and we will usually refund you, at our discretion. The full position, including your statutory rights, is in the membership terms.
Do members get a discount on everything?
Not across the board. Member offers are specific and posted in store and on My Vault, and drops are sold at RRP. Marked prices are the same for everyone, apart from published member offers.
What if the benefits change?
We give at least 30 days' notice. If a change leaves you worse off you can cancel before it takes effect and we refund the unused part.
