Online Terms of Sale and Returns

The terms that apply when you buy from ggentertainment.co.uk, including your right to cancel, delivery, faulty goods and returns.

Applies to: Customers who place orders on our website for click and collect or delivery.

1. About us and these terms

The website ggentertainment.co.uk is run by GG Entertainment Group Ltd, 4 Cavendish Walk, Bolsover, Derbyshire, S44 6DB. These terms apply to every order you place with us online. For collection orders, see also the Click and Collect Terms (POL-14).

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Payment is taken online by card when you place your order. Any delivery charge is shown before you pay.

Prices and stock change quickly, especially for trading cards. We try to keep the website accurate. If we find a pricing error, we will tell you and give you the choice to buy at the right price or cancel for a full refund. If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have noticed this, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after we have confirmed it.

3. How your order is accepted

When you place an order, we send an acknowledgement. This is not acceptance. A contract is made when we confirm the order, normally by email, and for delivery orders when we dispatch it. If we cannot supply an item, for example because it is out of stock, we will tell you and refund any payment.

4. Delivery

Delivery is offered only to UK addresses, and only where it is shown at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates. If we have not told you otherwise, we will deliver within 30 days. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you. Ownership passes when we have received full payment.

Age-rated games must only be bought for and given to someone who meets the age rating. We may ask for proof of age.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods. For orders with several parts delivered separately, the 14 days start from the last delivery. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, using the contact details on our website or any clear written statement. You then have 14 more days to return the goods to us.

We refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or proof that you sent them. You pay the cost of returning them unless they were faulty or not as described. Please pack them safely and keep proof of postage.

6. Sealed trading card products

The right to cancel does not stop you opening and inspecting goods, but you must take reasonable care of them. Sealed trading card products, such as booster packs and boxes, lose their value once opened, because they can no longer be sold as sealed. If you open them and return them, we may deduct up to the full price for the loss in value. Please do not open sealed product if you may want to return it.

Graded cards should be returned in the original unopened slab. A tampered slab means a deduction up to the full price.

Digital items and special orders made to your request may be excluded from the right to cancel. We tell you before you buy. Sealed video games and software cannot be cancelled once you have unsealed them after delivery.

7. Faulty goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something arrives faulty or not as described, contact us. You can reject it within 30 days for a full refund including the cost of return. After that, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or price reduction. This applies to second-hand goods too, allowing for wear that fits age and price.

8. Personal data and complaints

We use your details to process your order, as explained in our Privacy Notice (POL-15). If you have a complaint, see our Complaints Procedure (POL-25).
