1. About this service
If we offer free Wi-Fi, it is provided by GG Entertainment Group Ltd as a courtesy to customers. It is separate from our business systems. By connecting you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not connect.
We may limit, change or switch off the service at any time, for example during events or if it is being misused.
2. Acceptable use
Use the Wi-Fi sensibly and lawfully. You must not use it to:
- view, share or download illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, terrorist material or pirated games, cards scans or software
- view adult, violent or hateful material, especially in a room where children are present
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone
- try to break into other devices or networks, or spread viruses
- send spam, or commit fraud
- use so much bandwidth that others cannot use the service, for example large downloads during an event
3. Children and filtering
Children and young people use our shop and upstairs gaming room. Where children are present we use filtering to block adult and harmful content. No filter is perfect. Parents and guardians remain responsible for what their children do online while they are with us.
4. What we record
To keep the network secure and to meet the law, we may log connection data such as the time you connect, your device's network address and how much data is used. We do not read the content of your messages. We keep these logs for no longer than 12 months and only use them to protect the service or when the police or another authority has a lawful reason to ask. See our Privacy Notice (POL-15) for how we handle personal information.
5. Use at your own risk
The Wi-Fi is open to the public and may not be encrypted. Other people may be able to see your activity. Do not use it for banking or to enter sensitive details unless you use a secure connection or a VPN. Keep your device updated and protected.
We do not guarantee that the Wi-Fi will be available, fast or free from errors. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or harm to your device, data or accounts from using it. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for anything the law does not allow us to limit, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. If you break these terms
We may disconnect you, block your device, ask you to leave and report illegal activity to the police.
7. Questions
